The Meeting Space offers mediation rooms as an option for our guests in Nottingham, due to the flexibility of our spaces we can adjust the layouts according to your needs.
If you’re looking for a meeting room to cater for your business’ mediation, The Meeting Space located in Ruddington, a quaint village just outside Nottingham city centre, could be the perfect place for you.
Step away from sterile, boring office spaces and carry out your private meeting in a funky, stylish room that is more likely to spark some great ideas. We also can provide tea and coffee making services for you and arrange for catering. If you’d rather have a break from the space, there are plenty of local cafes and lunch options.
Our bright and spacious meeting venue offers a mounted display screen that can be connected to your laptop or device via HDMI, we can also offer WiFi and flipcharts.

£115 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)

The two large meeting rooms on the ground floor of our offices can accommodate up to 13 people at a time. These rooms can also be used for smaller groups (up to 6 people) at a reduced price.
If our large rooms are too big, perhaps our small room upstairs is the one for you. Quiet and out of the way, our smaller room is perfect for small group meetings, private meetings, mediations or remote working days.
We also have a glass office upstairs that can be used. This is also ideal for small group meetings or remote working, however it is not ideal for private meetings as it's centred within a working office without screens on the glass.
Yes, you must book with us in advance. This doesn’t mean you have to book weeks or months in advance, as we’re happy to book on short notice if you’re looking for something more immediate.

We have simplified our offers as must as possible and split the bookings into 'half day' and 'full day'.
A half day is up 4 hours, whereas a full day is 8 hours, normally starting from 9:00am till 5:00pm. If you require a specific time frame for your half or full day then feel free to call or email us and we'd be happy to accomodate!

We don't have direct on-site parking, but we do have no restriction, free on street parking right outside our door. As well as multiple, free car parks around Ruddington village. If you do struggle to find a parking space, please let the team know and they'll be able to direct you to somewhere suitable.
We don't have our own EV charging points, however there are BP enabled hubs for both EV and Hybrid uses that charge your cars up to 80% within 30 mins, located at Rushcliffe Country Park, Mere Way NG11 6JS. Just a short walk from our location.
