Here at The Meeting Space we have two large meeting rooms available for hire that are ideal for business meetings, team gatherings, away days or training events.
All our meeting rooms in Nottingham come well equipped with everything you need for you meeting, from WiFi, display screens, flipcharts and tea and coffee facilities.
All our rooms are provided with tea and coffee as standard, however we do also work with a range of local caters to provide lunch if needed. Our meeting space team are more than happy to help organise your lunch or anything additional elements you may need.
Our meeting rooms are set out as a boardroom layout, but other room layouts can be arrange depending on your delegate numbers. We're always happy to offer viewings of our space before you book with us to ensure it's suitable for your meeting needs.
Throughout The Meeting Space we provide a multitude of amenities and facilities for all guests:

Large Meeting Room (up to 13 people):
£115 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£180 + VAT full day
Meeting Room (up to 6 people):
£95 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£120 + VAT full day
Small Room (up to 3 people):
£40 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£80 + VAT full day
Glass Meeting Room (up to 5 people):
£60 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£100 + VAT full day
We have four different rooms available for hire.
The two large meeting rooms on the ground floor of our offices can accommodate up to 13 people at a time. These rooms can also be used for smaller groups (up to 6 people) at a reduced price.
If our large rooms are too big, perhaps our small room upstairs is the one for you. Quiet and out of the way, our smaller room is perfect for small group meetings, private meetings, mediations or remote working days.
We also have a glass office upstairs that can be used. This is also ideal for small group meetings or remote working, however it is not ideal for private meetings as it's centred within a working office without screens on the glass.
Yes, you must book with us in advance. This doesn’t mean you have to book weeks or months in advance, as we’re happy to book on short notice if you’re looking for something more immediate.

We have simplified our offers as must as possible and split the bookings into 'half day' and 'full day'.
A half day is up 4 hours, whereas a full day is 8 hours, normally starting from 9:00am till 5:00pm. If you require a specific time frame for your half or full day then feel free to call or email us and we'd be happy to accomodate!
We don't have direct on-site parking, but we do have no restriction, free on street parking right outside our door. As well as multiple, free car parks around Ruddington village. If you do struggle to find a parking space, please let the team know and they'll be able to direct you to somewhere suitable.
