Meeting Rooms

Need a place for you and your team for a day, but unsure whether booking a meeting room is right for you? Below are the answers to our most common questions when booking a meeting space.

We're also known as WigWag so if it helps look out for a pink sign on the front of our building.

Our meeting room rates are:

Large Meeting Room (up to 13 people):
£115 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£180 + VAT full day

Meeting Room (up to 6 people):
£95 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£120 + VAT full day

Small Room (up to 3 people):
£40 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£80 + VAT full day

Glass Meeting Room (up to 5 people):
£40 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£80 + VAT full day

Our prices above are displayed at a reduced rate, which means we are unable to offer any further discounts at this time.

Our large meeting room can fit up to 13 people.

Our small meeting room can fit up to 3 people.

Our glass meeting room can fit up to 5 people.

We have four different rooms available for hire.

The two large meeting rooms on the ground floor of our offices can accommodate up to 13 people at a time. These rooms can also be used for smaller groups (up to 6 people) at a reduced price.

If our large rooms are too big, perhaps our small room upstairs is the one for you. Quiet and out of the way, our smaller room is perfect for small group meetings, private meetings, mediations or remote working days.

We also have a glass office upstairs that can be used. This is also ideal for small group meetings or remote working, however it is not ideal for private meetings as it's centred within a working office without privacy screens on the glass.

Yes, please book with us in advance to ensure availability. This doesn’t mean you have to book weeks or months in advance, as we’re happy to book on short notice if you’re looking for something more immediate.

If you wish to book for the same day, our booking system is live and all availability is shown there.

We have simplified our offers as much as possible and split the bookings into 'half day' and 'full day'.

A half day is up to 4 hours - either 9.00am till 1pm, or 1pm till 5pm.

A full day is up to 8 hours - 9.00am till 5pm.

Please note: all the meeting rooms must be vacated by 5pm. (if you need more time then we MUST have advanced notice to assign a member of staff)

If you require a specific time frame for your half or full day then feel free email us and we'll do our best to try and accommodate!

Yes, cancelling is available with us for all bookings. How much notice you give, however, determines the refund procedure that comes with a cancellation.

If you cancel your booking 2 weeks priors you are subject to only a 50% refund.

If you cancel your booking only 1 week prior then your booking will be non-refundable.

If you wish to rearrange your booking this will incur a £60 administration fee.

The Meeting Space reserves the right to cancel any bookings if payment is not received.

All our rooms are provided with tea, coffee and water as well as a display screens you can connect your laptop to via a HDMI cable, WiFi and a flipchart.

One of our large meeting rooms is fitted with a kitchen which includes a sink, kettle, and fridge for you and your team. There are also toilet facilities on the premises.

Yes all the rooms have screen that have HDMI cables connected to them

We'll make sure the facilities are available to make tea and coffee throughout your time with us

Yes we do have available web cams. Please request before you arrive so we'll have one available

We don't have direct on-site parking, but we do have no restriction, free on street parking right outside our door. As well as multiple, free car parks around Ruddington village.

If you do struggle to find a parking space, please let the team know and they'll be able to direct you to somewhere suitable.

We are located in the lovely Ruddington village that benefits from a lot of amenities from a local Co-op to various pubs and delis.

Yes, if you'd like to book multiple rooms, or multiple dates over a longer period of time, you can!

Please visit our live online booking system. All possible room combos, dates and availability can be viewed there.

We don't have our own EV charging points, however there are BP enabled hubs for both EV and Hybrid uses that charge your cars up to 80% within 30 mins, located at Rushcliffe Country Park, Mere Way NG11 6JS. Just a short walk from our location.

Hot Desking

Looking for a remote space to work or would like a break working from home? Our open plan is a relaxed environment for hot desking! Listed below for you are answers to our most commonly asked questions.

Our hot desking rates are:

£15 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)

£25 + VAT full day (8 hours)

There is no minimum rental term. You can book as many or as little hot desking days as you need.

If you’d like to schedule multiple bookings or rooms, please visit our live online booking system. All possible room combos, times and dates can be booked there.
