Our meeting room rates are:

Large Meeting Room (up to 13 people):
£115 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£180 + VAT full day

Meeting Room (up to 6 people):
£95 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£120 + VAT full day

Small Room (up to 3 people):
£40 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£80 + VAT full day

Glass Meeting Room (up to 5 people):
£40 + VAT half day (up to 4 hours)
£80 + VAT full day

Our small meeting room can fit up to 3 people.

Our glass meeting room can fit up to 5 people.

We have four different rooms available for hire.

The two large meeting rooms on the ground floor of our offices can accommodate up to 13 people at a time. These rooms can also be used for smaller groups (up to 6 people) at a reduced price.

If our large rooms are too big, perhaps our small room upstairs is the one for you. Quiet and out of the way, our smaller room is perfect for small group meetings, private meetings, mediations or remote working days.

We also have a glass office upstairs that can be used. This is also ideal for small group meetings or remote working, however it is not ideal for private meetings as it's centred within a working office without privacy screens on the glass.

Yes, please book with us in advance to ensure availability. This doesn’t mean you have to book weeks or months in advance, as we’re happy to book on short notice if you’re looking for something more immediate.

If you wish to book for the same day, our booking system is live and all availability is shown there.

Our rooms are available between 9am - 1pm & 1pm - 5pm for half day or 9am - 5pm for full day

Due to the room previously vacated or setup/cleaning of Rooms, Early room access is not available without prior arrangement.

If you require early access, please use the "Notes Section" at the time of booking.

A half day is up to 4 hours - either 9.00am till 1pm, or 1pm till 5pm.

A full day is up to 8 hours - 9.00am till 5pm.

Please note: all the meeting rooms must be vacated PROMPTLY by 5pm. (if you require extra time, this can be added at time of booking)

Yes, if you have purchased Flexible Booking.

Flexible Booking allows you to reschedule your booking for free-subject to room availability.

If cancelled, flexible booking guarantees a full refund minus a 20% Admin Fee.

The Meeting Space reserves the right to cancel any bookings if payment is not received.

All our rooms are provided with tea, coffee and water as well as a display screens you can connect your laptop to via a HDMI cable, WiFi and a flipchart.

One of our large meeting rooms is fitted with a kitchen which includes a sink, kettle, and fridge for you and your team. There are also toilet facilities on the premises.

Yes all the rooms have screens that have HDMI cables connected to them. However we ask that you bring all your own charging and cable leads for connectivity

We'll make sure the facilities are available to make tea and coffee throughout your time with us

Yes we do have available web cams. Please request before you arrive so we'll have one available

We don't have direct on-site parking, but we do have no restriction, free on street parking right outside our door. As well as multiple, free car parks around Ruddington village.

If you do struggle to find a parking space, please let the team know and they'll be able to direct you to somewhere suitable.

We are located in the lovely Ruddington village that benefits from a lot of amenities from a local Co-op to various pubs and delis.

No. If you wish to smoke, please step away from the building and adjacent residential properties. The Village Green is opposite the building. You will find park benches and litter bins.

Yes, if you'd like to book multiple rooms, or multiple dates over a longer period of time, you can!

We don't have our own EV charging points.

There are BP enabled hubs for both EV and Hybrid uses that charge your cars up to 80% within 30 mins.

These are located at Rushcliffe Country Park, Mere Way NG11 6JS. Just a short walk from our location.
